A repoussé image of a warbler hanging from a branch has been achieved by using an ancient metals technique Chasing & Repoussé using a copper disc as the material. A patina has been applied to enhance the details. Two layers of wax have been applied to seal the copper. Please note that the wax will only inhibit further oxidation not stop it. A small piece of copper tubing has been soldered to the back to allow it to be hung on the wall It can also simply lay on the tabletop. Dimensions: 3.25” in diameter
